Where can I get my RNOKPP (identification code)?

Foreigners and stateless persons submit documents to the territorial offices of the State Tax Service in the regions, the city of Kyiv or to the State Tax Service, while foreigners and stateless persons who have a permanent residence permit or a temporary residence permit in Ukraine may register as taxpayers at the state tax inspectorates in districts, cities, districts in cities, unified state tax inspectorates corresponding to the place of residence in Ukraine indicated in the certificate.

What documents are required to obtain an RNOKPP (identification code)?

For registration, foreigners and stateless persons shall submit a passport document of a foreigner - a document issued by an authorised body of a foreign state or a UN statutory organisation confirming the citizenship of a foreigner, identifying a foreigner or a stateless person, granting the right to enter or leave the state and recognised by Ukraine and its translation into Ukrainian certified in accordance with the procedure established by law (upon presentation, it is returned) and a copy of such translation (except for persons holding a permanent residence permit or a temporary residence permit).

How can I get a foreigner's residence permit?

Foreigners and stateless persons may obtain a taxpayer identification number in person or through a representative upon presentation of an identity document of such representative and an identity document of the principal or a photocopy thereof (with a clear image), as well as a notarised power of attorney for registration of an individual in the State Register (returned upon presentation) and a copy thereof.
