Resolution No. 1202 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 21, 2022 "Some issues of implementation of legislative acts in the field of migration under martial law" established that passports of citizens of Ukraine in the form of a card, the validity period of which expired 30 days before February 24, 2022 and after 24 February 2022, and passports of citizens of Ukraine of the 1994 model, to which a photo card of the person is not affixed in the event that the person reaches the age of 25 or 45, the deadline for affixing to which came 30 days before February 24, 2022 and after February 24, 2022, are identity documents and confirm the citizenship of Ukraine and are subject to the exchange or pasting of new photo cards in accordance with the reached age within 30 calendar days from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
