Today, November 1, 2022, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the resolution "Some issues are provided by the State Migration Service and the administrative service in the minds of the military state."
The decrees, in particular, stipulate that for the period of martial law 30 calendar days from the day of its termination or cancellation by territorial bodies/territories, subdivisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the consideration of applications for Crimea will be stopped, and citizens of the Russian Federation will be denied the acceptance of new applications.
At the same time, it is established that the above will not apply to citizens of the Russian Federation who:
Is the spouse or partner of a citizen of Ukraine;
Children or parents of citizens of Ukraine;
Full brother or sister, grandfather or grandmother, grandson or granddaughter of citizens of Ukraine;
Persons who have served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine for three or more years;
Persons who, according to the law, arrived in Ukraine for employment.
IMPORTANT: citizens of the Russian Federation, who have arrived in Ukraine for the purpose of employment or for the purpose of family reunification,must, within 30 days from the date of entry into force of this resolution, apply to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications for the exchange of a temporary residence permit, if the deadline for applying for its exchange has arrived in the period from 02/24/2022 to the date of entry into force of this resolution.
